By creating an account or using Bestie, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Bestie. Bestie is operated by IDC INDIA Innovation Development Council.

Bestie is a companion and navigation service. It helps you track your health, understand your options and reach care and other services.

• The AI never diagnoses or prescribes.
• Only registered medical practitioners diagnose and prescribe, under the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020.
• Mental wellbeing support involves licensed professionals. We make no AI therapy claims.

In an emergency, call 112 right away. For mental health support, you can call Tele-MANAS on 14416. Bestie is not an emergency service.

• You must be 18 or older.
• Give accurate information and keep your login secure.
• One account per person. With a Family add-on, the person you add must be an adult who agrees to join.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.

Navigators coordinate your care. Doctors, labs, hospitals and clinics are independent registered providers who are responsible for their clinical decisions.

• Fertility navigation is only to ART clinics registered under the ART Act, 2021.
• We have zero tolerance for sex selection under the PCPNDT Act. We will refuse any such request and report it as the law requires.

If your employer or insurer sponsors Bestie, your access depends on that sponsorship. If it ends, you can move to a personal plan. Sponsors cannot see your personal health information (see our Privacy Policy).

• Bestie Free: ₹0.
• Bestie Plus: ₹199 a month or ₹1,999 a year.
• Bestie Care: ₹4,999 a year.
• Family add-on: ₹1,499 a year.

Prices exclude applicable taxes and may change with notice. Fees for care episodes and partners are shown to you before you agree. They are programme or network fees, never per-referral commissions to doctors. You can cancel at any time. Refunds follow the terms shown at purchase and applicable law.

Services from Sthira, CyberShield, LaunchBuddy, Grasa, IDC Capital, MSMEPC and other partners may have their own terms.

• Insurance is offered only through IRDAI-licensed partners.
• Investment content is educational and is not advice, unless delivered by a SEBI-registered adviser.

Be kind and respectful. Do not harass, spam, share anyone's private details or treat peer tips as medical advice. Anonymous posts follow the same rules. We may remove content or accounts that break them.

• Do not misuse, scrape, reverse engineer or attack Bestie.
• Do not upload unlawful content or impersonate anyone.
• Do not use Bestie to seek sex selection or any harmful or illegal act.

The Bestie name, logo, software and content belong to us or our licensors. You get a limited, personal licence to use them. Your own content stays yours, and you allow us to process it to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy.

Bestie content is educational. We do not promise any health outcome and we make no cure or reversal claims. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months. Nothing here limits your rights under Indian consumer law.

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, put others at risk or where the law requires. We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please write to us first so we can resolve any issue. Disputes are subject to the courts at New Delhi, without affecting your rights as a consumer.
